AGENDA 2008

GMA - an international association of academics and professionals engaged in management education, research and technical assistance to private and public companies - in the year 2008 plans to conduct the following activities:

  1. Trapani, January 25. “The training of trainers in the Mediterranean Area”, speech to be given at the AIF international seminar on “Management development in the Mediterranean”, University of Trapani.

  2. Rabat, Morocco, February 12-14. “Territorial Marketing: theory and practical applications”, Ministry of Interiors, Kingdom of Morocco.

  3. Palermo, February 19. “Come ci vedono. Immaginario della Sicilia e dei siciliani nel mondo”. Presentation of the book written by Gabriele Morello, Eidos ed., Palermo ed. 2007-2008, Faculty of Economics, University of Palermo.

  4. Trapani, February 22. “Opening of the Course on General Management”, organized by Mida Equipe and GMA, piazza S. Agostino, 2. The course will be held every two weeks, for a total of 330 hours.

  5. La Habana, Cuba, February-March. Course on “Research methodologies”, Faculty of Economics, University of Avana.

  6. La Habana, Cuba, March 3-7. International seminar on “Time and globalization”, Palacio de Convenciones. The seminar will take place within the world meeting on “Globalization and economic development” (www.eleconomista.cubaweb.cu; www.globalizacion.cubaweb.cu).

  7. Yerevan, Armenia, April-May. Teaching of  “Marketing” and “Strategies”, American University of Armenia.

The above programs indicate the activities to be held in the first semester of 2008. The programs of the second semester are concerned with similar research, organizational and teaching activities, to be implemented upon requests of universities, management centres, business companies, public administrations and non-profit organizations.
